Registration Categories

Farmer Registration

To be eligible for the farmer registration fee you must derive income from a farming activity and register under the name of that enterprise.

Non-Farmer/Corporate

This category is for all registrations that do not fall into any of the above.

Group Discount

3 or more from the same organisation or farm may register at least 3 people at the package rate and indicate the same organisation/farm name for each delegate.

‘Early Bird’ Registration

To be eligible for this registration discount registrations must be received prior to 5pm on Friday 26 October 2025 with payment. If payment is not received within this time, regular rates will automatically apply.

General Information

Accommodation Bookings

Delegates to make their own accommodation and travel arrangements. There is a wide variety of accommodation with walking distance of the Convention Centre and there are some suggestions on the website.

Cancellation Policy

Should you elect to cancel your registration, a full refund less a $200 cancellation fee per registration will be made on any cancellations received, in writing, by Friday 3 October 2025.

50% refund for cancellations made between 4 October – 17 October 2025.

No refunds will be issued for any registration cancellations made after October 17th although substitutions of delegates will be accepted. All cancellations must be made in writing to the conference coordinator.

Event Cancellation

Should circumstances beyond the organisers control stop the Conference being conducted it will be postponed to an appropriate future date and venue. All registrations and payments will be held over to the new dates. Should you not be able to attend the new dates a full refund will be provided.

Insurance

Delegate’s registration, accommodation and social function ticket fees do not include insurance of any kind. The organisers recommend taking out an insurance policy of your own choice with your local insurance or travel agent.

Condition of Entry

It is a condition of entry that no delegate may disrupt the order of events or intent of the program. Anyone considered to be disturbing the program intent will be asked to leave. Only pamphlets and brochures approved by the event organisers may be distributed.
